Also, if you have a Texas Hold Em Poker night, I actually have a gaurantee that we will increase sales more than that promotion.  Texas Hold Em nights are bad bar promotions.  If yours is good, (over 60 people eating and drinking and tipping) please tell me about it and I will visit.  I've been to over 50 Texas Hold Em nights and they all look the same.  20 to 30 people not eating.  Look at the most successful restaurant chains in this state (you figure that out) and see if they have a Texas Hold Em Night...

(Im going to stay out of Ocala for awhile).  We have 18 in Central Florida and we have only lost 2 clients there.  We have 2 in South Florida and havent lost any but we are too new there to really have a good judgement yet, although Bru's Room is hopping on Wednesday nights after 9 weeks...
